Delivery
Delivery within Germany ( mainland )
The flat shipping fee for parcels within Germany is 6,95 €.
The shipping costs within the EU (only mainland and no overseas territories) is 17,95 €.

Delivery is made by our reliable partners DHL or HERMES.
In the shipping confirmation, which is sent by e-mail, you will find the link for parcel tracking. The advised delivery period is also indicated there.
A change of the delivery address is no longer possible after the transfer to the shipping service provider.
Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday.
Part Delivery
You may receive a part delivery if necessary or helpful. However it will be free of costs for you.
